If you're not loving something you purchased from us, send it back! We allow 30 days from the time you receive your order for it to be returned for a Store Credit. We do not issue cash refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, tags attached, free of makeup, deodorant, stains, perfume, animal hair, etc. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: accessories, vintage, flash sale & sale items.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your purchase is eligible for a return according to the above criteria, we will invoice you for a return shipping label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
